Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

Digital delivery
E-books are delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation. Access or download details are sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please keep your email secure; we are not responsible for lost access credentials.
Refunds
We sell only real e-books (digital books and training guides). Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and our payment providers’ rules.
- EU/EEA consumers: You may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content, the right may be waived once you have started downloading or streaming with your prior consent. We will process eligible refund requests within the legal timeframe.
- Eligibility: Refunds may be granted for non-delivery, defective or incorrect content, duplicate charges, or where required by law. We do not grant refunds solely because you changed your mind after accessing the content, unless your jurisdiction allows it.
- How to request: Contact us using the email on this website with “Refund request” in the subject. Include your order reference (e.g. order number or transaction ID) and the email used for purchase. We will respond and, if approved, process the refund via the same payment method (Stripe, PayPal, Cryptomus, FreeKassa, or Dodo) used for the purchase. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the provider.
Payment provider policies
Stripe, PayPal, Cryptomus, FreeKassa, and Dodo Payments have their own dispute and chargeback policies. If you have already opened a dispute with the provider, we will respond through their platform. For general refund requests, contacting us first is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
Unavailable or failed payments
If a payment provider is unavailable or not configured, checkout will show an error and no charge should be made. For payment failures or duplicate charges, contact us with your order reference and we will investigate.
